Project Completion Timeline: The timeline for completion of each project will be communicated to the client prior to the start of work. Any delays will be promptly communicated and discussed with the client.
Quality Guarantee: Mac Paving & Landscaping guarantees the quality of workmanship and materials used in all projects. Any concerns regarding quality should be reported to us immediately for resolution.
Permitting and Regulations: It is the responsibility of the client to obtain any necessary permits or approvals for the work to be done on their property. Mac Paving & Landscaping will comply with all local regulations and codes.
Changes to Project Scope: Any changes or additions to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional costs may apply for changes requested by the client.
Liability and Insurance: Mac Paving & Landscaping carries liability insurance to protect our clients and employees. However, clients are advised to also have their own insurance coverage for their property.
